A: Yes, all signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. The ID must be current and not expired. We cannot notarize documents without proper identification verification.

A: Our general notary service is $50, which includes travel to your location and up to 2 notarizations. Each additional notarization is $10. Estate planning documents start at $65, and trust documents start at $85 due to their complexity and enhanced security protocols.

A: Our primary service area is Central Florida, including Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Fern Park, Oviedo, Sanford, Winter Springs, and surrounding neighborhoods. We also offer weekend appointments in Orlando, Apopka, Maitland, Winter Park, and Tampa with advance booking.

A: Yes, we provide mobile notary services to hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences. We understand that mobility can be challenging, which is why we bring our services directly to you.

A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle for your convenience. Payment is typically collected at the time of service completion.
