A: We here at Remarkable FL Notary, LLC can notarize documents written in other languages as long as the notarial certificate is completed in English (as required by Florida law). However, since we are only fluent in English, we must be able to communicate effectively with all signers in English to verify their identity, confirm their willingness to sign, and ensure they understand the nature of the document they are signing. If language barriers exist, signers may need to bring a qualified translator or we can discuss alternative arrangements.
