Q: What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?

A: You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID card) and the document(s) to be notarized and any witnesses you have chosen to provide on your own. Please be sure your documents are filled out completely and be sure to bring the documents unsigned - you'll sign them in front of the notary. And If you're signing on behalf of someone else, you'll also need the appropriate legal authorization.

Please note: Estate planning documents start at $65, and trust documents start at $85 due to their complexity and enhanced security protocols. Learn more about our estate planning and trust document services here.

Q: What's the difference between your general notary service and estate planning service?

If language barriers exist, signers may need to bring a qualified translator or we can discuss alternative arrangements.
