(4) A quiet, well-lit space for the video session, and

(5) Payment method (credit/debit card). We'll send you a secure link to join the session at your scheduled time.

A: Most RON sessions are completed within 15-30 minutes, depending on the complexity and number of documents being notarized. Simple single-document notarizations may take as little as 10 minutes, while multiple documents or complex paperwork may take up to 45 minutes. We'll provide an estimated timeframe when you schedule your appointment.

A: Yes! Remote Online Notarization is fully legal and recognized in Florida under Florida Statute 117.201. RON-notarized documents carry the same legal weight as traditional in-person notarizations. The digital certificates and tamper-evident seals ensure document integrity and legal compliance. Many other states and organizations also accept Florida RON documents.

A: After your RON session and successful payment, your notarized document(s) are delivered as a secure, tamper-evident PDF via email, and they’re available for immediate download from the session portal. Each file includes the digital notary seal and electronic notarial certificate (with audit trail). You can download, print, or share as needed. Electronic notarizations completed through our Florida RON process are legally valid and widely accepted by courts, government agencies, and businesses. If your document will be used outside the U.S., we also offer apostille assistance.
