Step 1: Book an In-Person Notarization

Our Remarkable Rewards program is exclusively available to clients who book and complete in-person notarization services with us. This hands-on approach allows us to personally thank you for choosing Remarkable FL Notary, LLC and ensures meaningful connection with our client community.

Qualifying Services Include:

  • Standard notarial acts (acknowledgments, jurats, oaths).

  • Individual notarization appointments.

Step 2: Opt-In for the Monthly Giveaway

When booking your in-person notarization through our online scheduling system, you'll find a simple opt-in option for our monthly drawing. Simply check the designated box:

If you're selected as the monthly winner:

  • We'll contact you within 5 business days of selection.

  • Delivery will be arranged at your convenience.

Who Can Participate:

  • Individual clients of Remarkable FL Notary, LLC.

  • Clients booking in-person notarization services.

  • Individuals 18 years of age or older.

  • Residents or visitors within our service area (Orlando, Tampa, and surrounding regions).

Service Requirements:

  • Must book and complete an in-person notarization appointment.

  • Opt-in selection must be made during the booking process.

  • Appointment must be completed within the same calendar month as booking.

  • All standard service fees must be paid as scheduled.

Participation Limitations:

  • One entry per person per calendar month.

  • Multiple appointments in the same month do not increase chances.

  • Previous winners are eligible for future monthly drawings in subsequent calendar years (one win per calendar year maximum).

  • Employees of Remarkable FL Notary, LLC and immediate family members are excluded.

Q: Can I save my card for later use?

A: Yes! Since there's no time-based expiration, you can use your Remarkable Rewards Card benefits whenever you need notarization services. Whether you use all 10 visits in one month or spread them over several years is entirely up to you.

Q: Do all services count toward my 10 visits?

A: Only qualifying in-person notarization services count toward your 10-visit limit. Each time you book and complete an eligible in-person notarization appointment, it counts as one visit, regardless of how many documents are notarized during that appointment.

Q: What if I lose my card before using all 10 visits?
