Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our notary and related services.

Question 1: What do I need to bring for a notarization?

A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.).

Question 2: Do you offer mobile notary services?

Yes! We travel to homes, offices, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.

Question 3: Can you notarize documents online?

Not at this time, but we're working on it! We understand the convenience of online notarization and plan to offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) services soon. In the meantime, we're here to assist you with in-person and mobile notarizations.

Question 4: How much do your services cost?

Prices vary by service—Please see our Services page for details. Certain services may require a custom quote; please contact us for more information.

Question 5: What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the surrounding areas of Seminole County/Orlando, FL. We also offer weekend services in the surrounding areas of Hillsborough County/Tampa, FL, typically once a month.

Question 6: Can you officiate my wedding?

We primarily serve the surrounding areas of Seminole County/Orlando, FL. We also offer weekend services in the surrounding areas of Hillsborough County/Tampa, FL, typically once a month.

Question 7: How long does the apostille process take?

Processing time depends on the document type and issuing state, typically ranging from 7-14 business days. However, we also offer rush services for those needing expedited processing. Please contact us for rush service availability and pricing.

For federal documents: Apostille processing for federal documents, such as those issued by the U.S. Department of State, can have different processing times. Please inquire for specific timelines related to federal apostille requests.

Question 8: Do I need witnesses for my notarization?

Whether or not your document requires witnesses depends on the type of document and the specific requirements of Florida law. Generally, wills and certain real estate deeds require witnesses. We can provide you with information on the general witness requirements according to Florida statutes. However, we are not attorney's and cannot provide legal advice. For specific legal guidance regarding your document, we recommend consulting with an attorney.

Question 9: Can you provide witnesses for my notarization?

If you are unable to provide your own witnesses, we may be able to assist in providing witnesses for an additional fee. Please inform us of your needs when booking your appointment so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Question 10: What's the difference between Estate Planning Notarization and Trust Delivery Agent?

Estate Planning Notarization is when we make your important documents, like wills and trusts, legally valid by verifying signatures. Then, as a Trust Delivery Agent, we securely deliver those already notarized documents, often directly back to your estate planning attorney, ensuring they are handled correctly.

Think of it as: Notarization = Making it Legal. Delivery = Getting it There Securely and to the Right Place.

Question 11: What types of documents can you notarize with your General Notary service?

Our General Notary service covers a wide range of documents that require notarization. This includes but is not limited to: Affidavits, Powers of Attorney, Contracts, Deeds, Oaths and Acknowledgments, Travel documents and many more. If you have a specific document, you need notarized, feel free to contact us, and we'll confirm if we can assist you.

Question 12: How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule online, call, text or email us. Call/Text: 813-494-5346 | Email: [email protected]
